Owner
Patrick's life in hospitality began in 2001 at the Ritz Hotel. After three years he moved on to the Gherkin building where he opened the restaurant and bar. After a year he moved to the Hilton, Park Lane (Galvin at Windows) where they gained a Michelin Star. In 2010 he moved to the Lanesborough Hotel and after three years was awarded a second Michelin star working alongside one of the best chefs in the world Heinz Back.
